Quartz is a COMMON item found within the ⏣ Crimson Isle, rarely in the Crystal Hollows and can be collected on player islands through Quartz Minions.
Nether Quartz Ore is also found in very small amounts in the ⏣ Goblin Holdout, technically allowing players access to the quartz collection before reaching the 
Combat Level 22 (XXII) requirement of entering the ⏣ Crimson Isle. However, it is not really viable to mine it there.
Quartz Collection[]
Collecting quartz increases the player's quartz collection, which grants useful items and perks upon collecting certain amounts of quartz.
