When there are 20s before the next event starts, a message appears in chat announcing what the event is. Clicking the message will warp the player to Old Man Garry. During an active event, Old Man Garry will offer to warp the player to the location where the event is happening.
[NPC] Old Man Garry: People have no manners these days. They come up to me, and disappear instantly! They don't even greet me! Back in my day, we were raised better than that.
