Obtaining

The Precursor Eye can be obtained from the Obsidian or Bedrock Dungeon Reward Chest in The Catacombs - Floor VI. It costs 30,000,000 coins to open from the chest.

Usage

It requires a The Catacombs - Floor VI completion to use.

When the Precursor Eye is worn, sneaking toggles a laser with a range of 30 blocks. This laser deals 4,000 Damage to enemies in its path. It costs 40 ✎ Mana per second. Leaving the laser on increases its damage by 100% and its ✎ Mana cost by 25% every second, for up to 5 seconds. Contrary to what the description says, it consumes ✎ Mana even when the laser doesn't hit anything. Sneaking again disables the laser and resets its damage and ✎ Mana cost.

Unlike most ✎ Mana based attacks, it does not scale with ✎ Intelligence or ๑ Ability Damage. It does scale based on the user's  Combat level and how long the beam is active for. The Loving Reforge will increase its damage by 5%.

Trivia

• It cannot be enchanted with Ultimate Wise. However, holding any Weapon with Ultimate Wise decreases the ✎ Mana cost for the laser. Similarly, the Sheep Pet and the Breeze attribute also decreases the ✎ Mana cost in relation to their levels.
• When holding a weapon with enchantments that affect magic damage, such as Smite, they apply to the laser damage.
• It is the most expensive item from The Catacombs - Floor VI Dungeon Reward Chest.
