The Pufferfish Hat is a COMMON Helmet. It takes the appearance of a pufferfish, with low-level stats, and deals minor extra damage to other nearby targets.
Stats[]
When worn, the Pufferfish Hat gives the player +20 ❤ Health, and +10 ❁ Strength. These are relatively low stats, making it a lower-tier armor.
The Spiky Ability gives a small chance to deal an additional 10 damage, plus 20% of the player's ❁ Strength stat to nearby enemies when they hit something. This is similar to the Cleave enchant.
Obtaining[]
The Pufferfish Hat is unlocked by attaining Pufferfish I, requiring the player to fish up at least 
20x Pufferfish before being able to craft the item.
Once unlocked, the player must then craft the hat by placing 8x Pufferfish in the shape of a chest around the edge of a crafting table.
