Pure Black Dye is an EPIC Dye.
Obtaining[]
The player can purchase a Pure Black Dye from the Bits Shop at 
Elizabeth for 250,000 Bits.
Usage[]
Pure Black Dye can be applied to any Armor piece that has base texture of Leather Armor by combining the two items in an Anvil to change the hex color of that piece to #000000.
It can also be donated to 
Vincent to obtain a 
Bucket of Dye with a texture unique to its color.
