Pure Yellow Dye is currently obtained from the Year 300 and 400 Raffle of the Century.
Usage[]
Pure Yellow Dye can be applied to any Armor piece by combining the two items in an Anvil to change the hex color of that piece to #FFF700.
It can also be donated to 
Vincent to obtain a 
Bucket of Dye with a texture unique to its color.
