Enchantment Table offers Rainbow I, and can be applied to any Tool for 
10 Experience.

Rainbow I can be found in the
Experimentation Table during the Superpairs experiment.

Rainbow II can be obtained after splashing
Mollim with a 
Titanic Experience Bottle. This can only be done once.
Raffle of the Century[]
Enchanted Book Bundles containing Rainbow III can be won during the Raffle of the Century event.Ability[]
Rainbow I causes 
Sheep to drop a random 
Wool color when sheared. Rainbow II grants a 50% chance to change the color of a Sheep when shearing it. Rainbow III grants an 80% chance to change the color of a Sheep when shearing it, and also flips the Sheep upside down.
Applying[]
Rainbow can only be applied to 
Shears. It requires 
Enchanting 6 to apply and use.
