Usage

For every level of  Farming, these boots gain +2 ❈ Defense and +4 ✦ Speed everywhere, and also +1 ☘ Farming Fortune while on ⏣ The Garden. At  Farming LX (60), they grant 190 ❈ Defense, 290 ✦ Speed and 60 ☘ Farming Fortune.

When worn, it gives immunity to breaking crops by trampling.

Left-clicking with the boots in hand allows its user to limit their ✦ Speed. Entering a number into the sign GUI will save that maximum speed; when the boots are worn, they will cap the user's ✦ Speed to that amount. The number inputted cannot be lower than 20, or higher than 1000.

Despite allowing values up to 1000 to be set, Rancher's Boots do not increase the player's speed cap, meaning it must be combined with other items to actually go above 400 speed.

Trivia

• With  Farming LX (60), the player is able to achieve 390 ✦ Speed without the assistance of anything else.
  • This also means that along with Sugar Rush III and Light it's possible to get 400 ✦ Speed without assistance. However, it is not recommended to use the Light reforge, as it sacrifices extra ☘ Farming Fortune you would gain from Mossy or Bustling.
• Technoblade's Unlimited Speed perk disabled the speed cap modifying ability of Rancher's Boots.
• While  Farming LV (55), combining the boots with 3/4  Fermento Armor will have the same ☘ Farming Fortune as full Fermento Armor, and former will have 5 more ☘ Farming Fortune than the latter once reaching  Farming LX (60).
  • If all pieces are  recombulated and reforged to  Mossy, their ☘ Farming Fortune will tie at 325 at  Farming LX (60).
• One can use the /setmaxspeed command to set Rancher Boots' max speed without having to take the boots off.
