Trivia

• This is the strongest variant of the Zombie's Heart, having the highest stats and rarity. It also has 2 extra abilities on top of the Double Healing. It is often considered the best Helmet for tanking, but it is also noticeably more expensive than the other Zombie's Hearts or the Mender Fedora.
• This item has been buffed four times since its release.
• This item has the highest amount of essence requirement (collateral) to fully max out.
• The Beheaded Horror has the same texture with a few minor color differences.
