The Resistance Leader was the player that was elected to lead the Resistance against Dante. After The Uprising, the Resistance Leader became the mayor.
8Technoblade was elected leader of the Resistance, alongside 6 generals: 756ms, 12TimeDeo, 7thirtyvirus, 62nfg, 7FurryEBoy, and 7Refraction. When the Resistance won, each of these provided a minor buff or new feature, with 8Technoblade's buffs being equivalent to that of a mayor's buffs.
After 8Technoblade became the mayor, the Technoshop and Shiny Pigs were added to the game alongside his buffs.
Candidate Technoblade may run for election with any of the 5 possible perks listed below. This candidate can offer 1 perk up to all possible perks. When this candidate is elected, the next time they join an election, they will run with 1 random perk. If they didn't become a mayor with 1 or 2 perks, the next time they join an election, they will have a 50% chance to gain 1 more random perk. If they had 3 perks and have a 4th one, they have an 8% chance for it to appear the next time they appear after not winning an election. When the candidate wins as a minister, their perks do NOT get reset.
Technoblade
Blood God's Blessing: +50% Skill XP
Shrine Of The Blood God: Summons the Blood God Shrine and its Shiny Pigs(This perk continued after Technoblade's term as the shiny relics were not all found)
Unlimited Speed: Gives +50 Speed and removes the speed cap (This perk was bugged and did not seem to work, thus being removed halfway through Technoblade’s mayor term)
Potato Crown's Radiance: Farming Minions have double output (This perk was bugged and seemed to work on all minions, rather than only farming minions)
Anarchy: There are no taxes in the Auction House and Bazaar(This perk was shortly removed after Technoblade was elected, likely that the admins thought no taxes would cause excessive inflation)
