The Ruins (also known as Castle) is a location on the Hub Island, which is home to aggressive 
Wolves.
Tasks
When the player first enters ⏣ Ruins, they will be greeted with the following message:
NEW AREA DISCOVERED!
⏣ Ruins
■ Explore the ancient ruins.
■ Watch out for the guard dogs!
Functions[]
The Ruins is found to the left of the launch pad to The Park.
It contains Wolves and Old Wolves, and is one of the locations at which the Sven Packmaster is spawned to complete Wolf Slayer quests, though the ⏣ Howling Cave may be a better choice, because the Wolves there grant more 
Combat XP.
The 
Lonely Philosopher is also located here, who sells 
Travel Scroll to Hub Castle.
There are 
17x Fairy Souls to be found in this area.
Trivia[]
- It is hinted at in the Journal Entries that
Storm destroyed the castle, turning it into ruins.
