The player can purchase a Scarleton Premium for 20,000 coins and 
50x Mushroom Spores from 
Ezekiel.
Usage[]
Scarleton Premium increases the effect of Wounded Potions by 10%. It can be used in place of an Awkward Potion in a Brewing Stand to take effect.
The player can also give 
Shifty 
1x Red Thornleaf Tea and 
1x Scarleton Premium to obtain their Abiphone Contact.
