Clerk Seraphine, previously known as Mayor Seraphine and simply Seraphine, is an NPC located in the ⏣ Community Center. She explains how Mayor Elections work and were a key figure in The Uprising.

Trivia
- In update 0.8.1, Clerk Seraphine was demoted from her previous position from Mayor to Clerk, in preparation for the Mayor Elections.
- She used to be present in the Election Room during Dante Elections. However, she was replaced by Clerk Goon, because it was a mistake made by the admins.
- When Dante was elected, Seraphine's spot in the Community Center and in the Election Room was replaced with Clerk Goon.
