A Severed Hand has a 0.07% chance to drop from the Tier IV 
Revenant Horror or higher if the player is Zombie Slayer VII or above.
Usage[]
A Severed Hand can be applied in an anvil to any weapon that has Smite VI in order to upgrade it to Smite VII.
