Spicy Goblin Omelette is a RARE Drill upgrade module that can be obtained from forging in The Forge in the Dwarven Mines. It causes Titanium Ore to drop 20 ᠅ Mithril Powder when mined.

The Spicy Goblin Omelette can be forged once the player has reached Heart of the Mountain V (5). It requires 
99x Red Goblin Eggs, 
1x Flawless Ruby Gemstone, and 20 hours to forge.
