Obtaining

The  Spirit Mask is one of the items which can be offered in round 1, 3 or 4 at the ⏣ Dark Auction. It has an overall 17.412% chance to appear.

Usage

When the user takes fatal damage while wearing the Spirit Mask, they will be protected from that damage and all other damage for 3 seconds. In addition, they will gain 50 ✦ Speed for 3 seconds. The ability has a cooldown of 30s.

Upgrading

The Spirit Mask can be converted into ⚚ Spirit Mask using  8x Thorn Fragments to buff its rarity and stats. it also adds an ability that heals you when the effect triggers.

Trivia

• The texture used for the Spirit Mask resembles Kindred from the game League of Legends.
  • There is also an Admin-only helmet called the  Kindred which gives 70 ✦ Speed.
  • The ability also seems to have a portion of Kindred's ultimate ability, which prevents users from dying. However, unlike the ability in League of Legends, Spirit Mask doesn't heal you when the effect resolves unless the Spirit Mask is upgraded.
• When in dungeons, the helmet's cooldown is also reduced by the Mage class' Efficient Spells perk.
• The Spirit Mask pairs well with the  Mithril Coat, as the anti-death abilities of both armor pieces stack.
