The Stability Elixir is a RARE item.
Obtaining[]
The Stability Elixir can be obtained from the 
Argofay Serialbather after speaking to 
Inverted Sirius and a variety of NPCs in the ф Shifted Tavern.
Usage[]
The player can bring a Stability Elixir to Inverted Sirius in order to obtain access to the Rift Transfer Chest.
Trivia[]
- Despite allegedly costing 500 Motes in Shifted's UI, it only costs 1x
Shy Crux. - The player must spend a total of 160 Motes on tips before Fafnir reveals who the supplier is.
- The Stability Elixir is the only elixir that does not grant any effects and is not purchased from Shifted.
