The Starlight Wand is a RARE Wand. Its ability can be improved by the Starlight Armor set.

The Starlight Wand can be purchased from Rosetta for 30,000 coins after the player has reached 
Combat 9.
Usage[]
The Starlight Wand requires Combat 8 to use.
Right clicking with the Starlight Wand places down a cloud on the position of the caster's crosshair up to 10 blocks away. This cloud has a radius of 3x3 and rains down stars, dealing damage every 0.25 seconds. With the Starlight Armor's Full Set Bonus, the cloud's duration is doubled and the area is increased to 4x4 blocks. It costs 120 ✎ Mana to use and has a cooldown of 2s.
