Whilst held in the player's inventory or inside of the Accessory Bag, the Talisman of Coins will occasionally spawn a small group of coins in the player's vicinity. This can be seen and collected by any player on the server. Upon being picked up, the group of coins will reward the player with 5 coins or 25 coins.
This makes it easy to recuperate the cost of this item.
