New Mechanics[]
- A new puzzle room can be found: Quiz.
- Fairies no longer respawn.
- The Watcher is assisted by two Watchful Eyes. They deal heavy damage to players who try to avoid Undead attacks by camping high places in the Blood Room.
- Secrets can now drop Treasure Talismans and Dungeon Chest Keys.
- There is no respawn timer. The only way to respawn is with revive stones or healers.

- 3 Spirit Bears spawn instead of 1. All 3 must be killed to drop the Spirit Bow.
- Thorn requires 6 hits to kill rather than 4.

After each completed dungeon run in The Catacombs - Floor I and above the player is presented with Dungeon Reward Chests depending on how well they did. Listed here are the rewards from each chest:

There is a 2% chance for the Essence in an Obsidian Dungeon Reward Chest to be replaced with one of these Music Discs:

Tips[]
- Players are able to effectively profit from this floor by grinding for Spirit Bones and Spirit Wings which can be used to craft Bonemerangs and Spirit Sceptres.
