Trivia[]

This pet is great during Ender Dragon fights as its Apex Predator ability will take effect due to the dragon being far away from other mobs, as well as the ferocity being useful to bypass the damage cap.
A level 100 EPIC or LEGENDARY version of this pet can be combined with Werewolf Armor, due to the combination being able to achieve nearly 100 ⫽ Ferocity without any other ferocity buffs, and activating the set bonus on most hits if not multiple times a hit, allowing for massive Healing and ❈ Defense.
The Merciless Swipe ability does not increase ⫽ Ferocity by a set number; instead, it multiplies the player's ferocity. For example, a Level 100 Tiger will grant 32.5 ⫽ Ferocity, not 55.
This pet was commonly used in the boss fight on The Catacombs - Floor IV, as the ⫽ Ferocity would double hit Thorn, essentially doubling the speed of the boss phase.
- This was patched in a minor update and no longer works.
The LEGENDARY rarity's ability, Apex Predator, has a sound effect when you hit a mob signifying that it's dealing increased damage on isolated mobs.
