Titanium Tesseract is a RARE Reforge Stone that can be obtained from forging in ⏣ The Forge in the ⏣ Dwarven Mines. It can be used to apply the Dimensional reforge to Armor, granting ⸕ Mining Speed and ☯ Mining Wisdom.

The Titanium Tesseract can be forged once the player has reached Heart of the Mountain Tier 3. It requires 
1x Refined Titanium, 
16x Enchanted Lapis Lazuli, and 6 hours to forge.
