Auction House Flipping or AH Flipping is a way of getting money from mid-game onwards. This method is slightly complex and is a bit risky but once you understand it, it can be a money-making machine. Remember, the more money you have, the more money you will make.

Note: This is not a great early-game method.

How To AH Flip

Method 1

1. Go to the Auction House and go to any tab.
2. Sort by Ending Soon and Auctions Only.
3. Bid on a bunch of items, make sure to bid lower than the Lowest BIN.
4. Wait for the auctions to end and claim your coins/items.
5. Put them up for auction or put them on BIN(make sure to match or go slightly lower than the Lowest BIN).

Method 2

The more stable but less profitable way is to:

1. Go to the Auction House and go to any tab.
2. Choose BIN only
3. Sort by Lowest BIN.
4. Buy the items
5. Put them up for Auction (bidding) for some time.
6. You may earn a profit if you buy cheap ones and sell for normal prices.

Method 3

A very profitable but decently risky way is to:

1. Go to the Auction House after an update.
2. Choose BIN.
3. Look for items affected by the update (That were already in the game)
4. Look for cheap items being sold (A product of panic selling)
5. Keep the item and sell it back later for tons of profit.

Method 4

1. Look at an item that can be crafted
2. Check if the materials to buy is cheaper than the item on the Auction House
3. Craft the item with the materials
4. Sell it on the AH for profit

Tips

• Method 1 is not very stable, which means you can lose money. But if used correctly, you can earn millions a day. You can also sort by certain items that you know the prices of very well in order to maximize your profits.
• Method 2 will not necessarily make a profit since your auctions may go unnoticed and go lower than BIN value. However, it is much more consistent than the first method.
• Peak and off times for SkyBlock can be viewed at https://hytrack.me/. Depending on the item, they will sell more or less depending on the time. There are more players viewing the Auction House at peak hours, but more bid wars at off hours due to the low supply.
• WARNING!: It is possible to get flagged, wiped, and banned by Hypixel's anti-boosting system when buying or selling extremely valuable items. Take note of traders whenever you buy or sell an item.
