After obtaining the Retro-Encabulating Visor and if you haven't hacked all the terminals	[NPC] Kloon: Use the Visor. [NPC] Kloon: Follow the cables real close. [NPC] Kloon: Hack the terminals. [NPC] Kloon: Pick the right colors. [NPC] Kloon: It's not so big brain.
If you hacked all the terminals, but aren't in a rainbow facing Kloon	[NPC] Kloon: I see you've hacked all the terminals, that's good... [NPC] Kloon: But you have to set them to the proper colors so I can hack their nexus!!!
If the cables are the right colors	[NPC] Kloon: Wow <player>, you did it! [NPC] Kloon: Now that their own network is working against them, I can start working on infiltrating Big Mayor. Select an option: [What's my reward?]

Unhinged Kloon is a reference to 5[MVP+] Minikloon, a former 12[ADMIN]. Their skin is a black version of Minikloon's skin.
Unhinged Kloon's dialogue references conspiracy theories about chemtrails, the Moon landings, the shape of the Earth, and Big Brother.
