The Vampire Witch Mask is an EPIC Helmet added in the October 30 update. The mask is a fusion of a Vampire Mask and a Witch Mask, giving stats and bonuses in one mask. All enchantments and reforges on the Vampire Mask will be lost upon crafting, but those on the Witch Mask are transferred to the crafted item.

Tips[]
- Equipping this mask with a Bat Person Talisman (or higher) will grant a small bonus to ❈ Defense, ❁ Strength, and ✎ Intelligence.
- If a summoned bat kills a mob without the player's contribution, the kill will not be counted, nor will there be any combat xp.
- Similar to the Witch Mask, Auto-pickup does not apply when a mob is killed by the bats.
- The Scavenger enchantment only applies when the mob killed by the helmet's abilities has received damage from the player.
