Wheel of Fate is a RARE item obtainable from Kuudra that allows the player to reroll the Attributes of an item.

Wheel of Fate has a chance to appear in Paid Kuudra Chests.

- Infernal: 1.23%
Usage[]
Wheel of Fate can be combined in an 
Anvil with an item that has Attributes. Upon combining the two items, the Wheel of Fate will be consumed and the item's Attributes will have been rerolled.
Upon being rerolled, the attributes will reset to their original levels, even if the items had higher level attributes. This is generally Level 1, but it can be up to Level 4/5 (for items obtained from Infernal Kuudra).
