The Winter Island is an Island obtainable from Gifts.
Placing it creates an Island composed of 
Stone, 
Dirt, 
Snow Blocks, 
Packed Ice, 
Spruce Wood, 
Spruce Leaves, 
Spruce Fences, and 
Ice.
It also contains a Winter Crystal, which increases the speed of 
Snow Minions by 5%, and spawns a Gift once every SkyBlock year, with an effective radius of 15.

A Winter Island has a 0.03% chance to be obtained from a 
Red Gift. Both the donating and receiving player get the item.
