Attacks from a range by throwing Splash debuff Potions. The player will be notified in chat when they are de-buffed from a Potion.
Strategy[]
Witches aren't really a threat, but if a player wants to kill them efficiently, they can just spam the witches with a sword so fast that they are too busy drinking their healing potion(s) to attack.
